learning about the culture and history and of course seeing Nelson Mandela’s jail cell. Visiting Robben Island
is on my life long wish list, so thank you for bringing it alive for me with your words, You have inspired me to find my way to South Africa soon!
We miss you here on the Vineyard but love to hear about your adventures and see the wonderful photos.

Hey Esme! It’s your friend Brandon. I just read your notes about South Africa and I really want to go and follow all of the steps you told me to do so I won’t feel sorry. Anyway how are you doing? I’m pretty sure you are doing good. I hope you are having a great time in Africa.
Wow that is so cool that you get to go to all these places around the world I wish I could be like you and travel!!! I really like your map of where you are that is really cool. Where else are you going? Are you going to keep posting I hope. We miss you at school. I hope you can come at the end of the year and visit us at school! Are you going to be all around the world that would be really cool I would be very jealous cause I would love to go around the world. Keep posting sincerely Gabriel.

Esme, I am finally reading about your amazing travel adventures. Your Grandma, Sandy, sent me the link. I think your trip was a lot more interesting than going to school everyday. To learn about people from around the world and their cultures must be fascinating. You will have to tell me all about your adventures this summer.
